Mall of America

When we were up at Aunt Nicole's we went to the Mall of America. Spencer was so good. He slept the whole way there and the whole way home and had a great time. He was being his usual goof ball self at lunch putting his Happy Meal on his head. He really liked the rides. He rode on a train with cousin Caroline and rode the carousel and balloon ride.

Aunt Nicole's House

We went up to Aunt Nicole's house a couple of weeks ago to visit. Spencer really liked playing with his cousins. He didn't understand that you can't sit in the middle of a board game. We also got to go out on their pontoon boat and everyone played a game of kick ball. Spencer would just walk in the middle of the field as we were playing. Next year we will work on kicking the ball.

Goof Ball

Spencer is such a goof ball. He started squinting every time I would try and take a picture. I guess he doesn't like the flash.

Canoeing

Grandpa Mike came over and brought his canoes so Spencer got to go canoeing for the very first time. He wasn't a huge fan of the life vest but he had a good time. He would reacher over the side to put his hands in the water as I held on for dear life. He fell asleep in between my legs on the way back but he had a lot of fun.

Dane County Fair

We took Spencer to the Dane County Fair. He got to pet all kinds of animals. He also ate his first cream puff and cheese curds. He also played the duck game and got all wet and really had a lot of fun on the rides.

Zoo

Spencer went to the zoo again and then we went across the street and went swimming in the lake afterward. He had a lot of fun.

We took Spencer swimming at his great grandma Miller's pool over the holiday weekend. He had a blast although the water was freezing at only 75 degrees.

We took Spencer to Chucky Cheese. He had a blast and Mommy and Daddy had fun playing Skeeball too.

Circus World Museum

We took Spencer to Circus World Museum. He really enjoyed running around looking at all of the circus cars and he had fun eating popcorn at the circus

1st Hair Cut

Spencer finally got his first hair cut. We trimmed up his bangs and around the ears. There wasn't too much to cut off, but now he looks even more like a little boy

Grandma brought over Kittys to play with and Spencer was a little rough with them. He had a lot of fun chasing them though

Spencer's First Mallards Game

Spencer at his first Mallards Game. He didn't watch much of the game. He had more fun playing in the giant sand box and opening and closing the door on the little house.

Milwaukee Children's Museum

Spencer had a blast at the Children's Museum. He was hard to keep up with.

We went to Milwaukee a couple of weeks ago to visit a friend. We walked down this long pier on the water. It was a fantastic view but very windy. Nick had to walk the stroller backwards it was so bad.

Spencer really enjoyed hunting for eggs. He would point to them, and then go pick them up and put them in his basket.

Birthday Hat

Here is Spencer playing with the birthday hat he got from daycare. He loves putting it on but tonight he kept getting it stuck. I don't think Mommy will be able to tape it anymore, so no more birthday hat.

Here is Spencer after we are all done trying out his new paint he got for his birthday. It says it's non toxic, let's hope they are right because he kept thinking he needed to eat it. He also got some all over his sock and then walked all over the kitchen. Thankfully it was easy to clean up. What was mommy thinking
